Within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”), your personal data is processed by OGS Otomasyon ve Mühendislik San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. in its capacity as data controller.

If you use the “Request a Quote” form on the ogsotomasyon.com website, the following personal data of yours may be processed:
- First and last name
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Company information
- Requested product information
- Product code
- Quantity information
- Description and content of the request
Please refrain from sharing unnecessary or special categories of personal data in the content of your request.

- Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
- Data processing being mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
- Being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject
on the basis of one or more of these legal grounds.
Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected in electronic form through the following channels;
- The “Request a Quote” form on the ogsotomasyon.com website,
- E-mail communication initiated by you,
- Communication carried out via WhatsApp, if preferred by you
- Automatically through Google Analytics cookies during your visit to the website
The information submitted through the “Request a Quote” form is not stored permanently in the website’s own database. After the form is submitted, the information is transmitted to the e-mail infrastructure used by OGS Otomasyon.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above;
- To the authorized employees of OGS Otomasyon,
- To e-mail and web hosting service providers,
- To WhatsApp/Meta services in line with the user’s request,
- To the Google Analytics service for the purpose of measuring visit statistics,
- To the Google Maps, YouTube, or Google Drive services activated by the user,
- To legally authorized public institutions and organizations
as stated.
Third-party services such as Google Maps, YouTube, and Google Drive are not run automatically on the website; a connection is established when the relevant content is activated by the user.
If the communication option via WhatsApp is used, the information entered into the form or shared via WhatsApp by the user may be transferred to the infrastructure of the relevant service.
Transfer of Data Abroad
Due to the use of infrastructure and service providers located abroad for the website’s web hosting service and corporate e-mail services, personal data may be transferred abroad or processed abroad.
In addition, if third-party services such as Google services or WhatsApp activated by the user are used, the relevant technical and personal data may be transferred to the infrastructures of the relevant service providers. Since the Google Analytics service runs automatically when the site is visited, the technical data within the scope of this service may be transferred to Google’s infrastructure abroad.
Such transfers are carried out within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 9 of Law No. 6698 concerning the transfer of personal data abroad and the relevant legislation.
Data Retention Period
Personal data is retained for the period required by the purposes of processing and taking into account the legal periods prescribed in the relevant legislation.
Quote form data is not kept permanently in the website’s own database. However, since the quote request is transmitted via e-mail, the information may remain in OGS Otomasyon’s e-mail account for the period during which the relevant e-mail records are retained.
At the end of the retention period, personal data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.
Rights of the Data Subject
Within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to;
- Learn whether their personal data is being processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction of personal data in the event that it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
- Request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the Law,
- Request that correction, deletion, or destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request the compensation of damages in the event that they suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data
