With PLC and HMI programming, servo and motion control, hydraulic systems, and electrical panel design and manufacturing, we automate custom machines, production facilities and process lines. We also develop PC and desktop applications, custom software, process monitoring and control systems, and integration solutions between different systems.

OGS Otomasyon ve Mühendislik is an engineering company with over 20 years of experience in industrial automation. Beyond automation, we also provide custom software, web and database solutions, and system integration. We do not leave the project on the desk; we also take on commissioning and the technical support that follows.

PLC and HMI Programming
We design the control software together with the mechanical and electrical structure of the machine. The operator interface, alarm and recipe structures are prepared in a way that maintenance staff can also read.

Hydraulic Systems
We handle the hydraulic power unit and valve control together with the electrical control side. In proportional valve and pressure/position feedback applications, the control loop is tuned on site.

Power Panel Design and Manufacturing
Panel design, material selection, manufacturing and on-machine installation proceed under a single responsibility. Cable cross-sections, protection coordination and in-panel thermal management are calculated at the design stage.

Marine and Crane Automation
In crane automation revision projects carried out in shipyard environments, we have worked on power panel, hydraulic system and joystick control integration. Vibration, humidity and salty-environment constraints are taken into account in equipment selection.

Software and PC Applications
We develop PC and desktop applications, process monitoring software and custom software for industrial processes. The software is designed to communicate directly with the control system in the field (PLC, drive, measurement device).

We offer corporate websites and web applications, database design and data reporting solutions. We connect different systems together through industrial communication, IoT and remote access.
