The Panel PLC combines visualization, touch operation and control technology in a single device. Programming is done with the CODESYS Development System V3; the devices are designed as cost-effective industrial controllers for machines and installations.
Difference from an HMI panel: an HMI panel performs visualization only, and a separate PLC executes the control program. The Panel PLC runs the program on the device itself.
The devices have current fieldbus interfaces for communication with field devices and higher-level systems. Variants with CODESYS SoftMotion and SoftMotion + CNC Robotics options are available; models with quad-core processors are offered for applications requiring higher processing power.
The Kendrion Scout models can be used together with the Kendrion FIO Safety I/O system.
The screen size ranges from 4.3 inches to 15.6 inches. The list also includes models whose manufacturer support has ended; the current status of each product is stated in its technical table.
