Services

We provide services across a broad field — from control software to control panel manufacturing, from custom machine design to electronic board repair, and from custom software and web solutions to database management and system integration. Projects are carried out under a single point of responsibility; design, manufacturing, software and commissioning are all handled by the same team.

Machine Automation

We build the machine’s control architecture according to the needs of the application. Cycle time, synchronization requirements, the number of axes and the communication load are the first criteria that determine controller selection. On the software side, the goal is not merely a working program but structures that the maintenance team can read and extend: meaningful tagging, an alarm list, recipe management and diagnostic screens are standard components.

In servo and motion control applications, the axis calculation (inertia, torque, motion profile) is performed before selection. On the industrial communication side, the protocol compatibility of field devices and the network topology are determined at the start of the design.

Electrical Panel

We take on the entire panel job, from the electrical project to the wiring on the machine. During the project phase, cable cross-sections, protection coordination, short-circuit withstand capability and thermal management inside the panel are calculated; material selection is made according to these calculations. Schematic drawing is carried out with professional electrical design software, so that revisions and spare-part lists remain traceable on the documentation.

Post-manufacturing commissioning and field testing are also within scope. On delivery, the up-to-date schematic, material list and setting values are provided together — the panel’s maintenance in the years to come depends on this.

Custom Machine

For production needs that a standard solution cannot meet, we develop custom control systems. This work is usually built around removing a bottleneck in an existing line, automating a manually performed operation, or bringing independent machines together under a single flow.

The work begins with an on-site examination of the need and the existing process. The control architecture, the axis configuration and, if required, the machine vision components are determined accordingly. In camera control applications, the repeatability of lighting and positioning affects the system’s accuracy more than the choice of camera; for this reason the mechanical layout is treated as part of the design.

Electronic Service

Replacing faulty industrial electronic equipment is not always necessary. We provide repair services for PLC modules, servo drives, frequency inverters and control boards. In most cases, repair results in a shorter turnaround and lower cost than replacement with a new unit — especially for equipment that is out of production or has a long lead time.

The process begins with fault diagnosis; the identified condition and the scope of repair are reported before work starts. After repair, the equipment is tested under load.

Software and PC Applications

We develop PC and desktop applications for monitoring and managing industrial processes. Collecting data from the production line, visualizing it and presenting it to the operator in a meaningful form; managing recipes, shifts and production reports from a single screen are the typical functions of these applications.

The software is designed to communicate directly with the control system in the field (PLC, drive, measurement device). When needed, it connects to existing systems via API; in this way different devices and software are brought together under a single flow.

Web Design and Software

We develop corporate websites and web-based applications. The design is built to work correctly across different screen sizes (responsive); content management, a multilingual structure and search engine compatibility are planned from the outset.

Web work is not limited to a promotional page. Product catalogs, customer portals and e-commerce solutions, along with applications that make field data traceable over the web when required, are also within this scope.

Database and Data Management

We build database solutions for storing, relating and reporting the data coming from production and business processes. The data model, query performance and growth projection are addressed at the start of the design; this way the system does not slow down as the data grows.

The collected data is transformed into reports and dashboards that support decision-making. Backup and access security are configured to prevent data loss and unauthorized access.

System Integration

We enable devices, software and networks from different brands and generations to work together. Data flow is established between field devices via industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, Profinet, Modbus, CANopen), and between the machine and higher-level software.

With remote access and monitoring solutions, systems can be tracked independently of location. IoT and Industry 4.0 approaches are implemented in a way that can be added on top of the existing infrastructure without renewing it from scratch.
