DataMarin Cables

These are shielded cables for communication and data lines on ships and offshore platforms. Twisted-pair and coaxial structures preserve signal integrity in environments with heavy electrical noise. RG-series coaxial types are used for antenna, camera and radio-frequency connections, while SSTP/SFTP types are used for network and automation data lines.

Offshore Cables

These are cables produced according to standards such as BS 6883, BS 7917 and NEK 606 for offshore platforms and drilling units. Contact with mud, seawater and hydrocarbons, along with fire performance, are the decisive criteria in this group. Armored (C), screened (I) and combined versions are selected for lines where mechanical protection and interference immunity are both required.

Mining Cables

These are cables resistant to mechanical wear and moisture, used in underground and open-pit mining. The group is divided according to different national and institutional standards such as MGM, VDE, BS and AS/NZS, so that a type compliant with the specification the project is subject to can be selected. Flexible structures suitable for trailing and reeling use are included in this family.

Tunnel Cables

These are cables whose behavior during a fire comes to the fore in tunnel installations. The group is divided by function: energy distribution, control lines, fire-resistant supply and halogen-free types. In enclosed spaces that are difficult to evacuate, limiting smoke density and toxic gas emission is the fundamental rationale for cable selection.

Airport Runway Cables

These are cables used in airport runway and taxiway lighting circuits. Primary types feed the main line of the series circuit, while secondary types feed the fixture connections. Because it is a circuit laid underground and operating continuously under high voltage, insulation strength and moisture resistance come to the fore.

Crane Cables

These are developed for applications in crane and lifting systems where the cable is continuously reeled and unreeled or moves in suspension. The Reelkab series is for use reeled onto a drum; single-layer, horizontal and vertical drum solutions address different winding geometries. The group also covers complementary equipment such as cable carriers, guide pulleys and moving ducts.

Shore Power

These are connection cables that allow a ship waiting in port to be fed from shore instead of using its own generator. Because it is a connection that is frequently plugged and unplugged and used outdoors and on the ground, flexibility, wear and weather resistance come to the fore. The group covers both rubber-insulated flexible types and the halogen-free versions on the ship side.
