GMT
GMT is a domestic automation brand that brings together different product groups such as PLC, HMI, AC motor drives, servo systems, stepper motors and drives, industrial communication, industrial robots, and power supplies in the field of industrial automation and machine control. The development of the products so that they can work together enables complete solutions to be built in machine automation and factory automation. The ability to use PLC, HMI, inverter, and motion control products within the same system in particular offers flexible solutions in different machine applications such as cutting, pressing, packaging, textile, filling, and conveyor. AC Motor Drives / Inverters
GMT AC Motor Drives / Inverters offer solutions developed to precisely perform the speed and torque control of industrial motors and to increase energy efficiency. The GAIN, GFD, GESI, and MICNO series in different power ranges can be used in pump, fan, conveyor, and various machine applications. Depending on the product, features such as V/F and sensorless vector control, PID, autotune, integrated braking, and RS-485 communication over Modbus RTU are offered. The MICNO series' power options reaching up to 630 kW show that GMT offers a broad AC drive portfolio for both compact machines and high-power industrial applications.
PLC and HMI Systems
GMT offers domestically produced PLCs and operator panels. The CPU modules are used together with digital, analog, load cell, and temperature expansion modules to be scaled up according to the machine's input/output requirement. Communication support over Ethernet and serial line makes it possible to transfer machine data to higher-level systems. It is used in machine applications in sectors such as textile, food, and metalworking, and in medium-scale automation panels.
Servo Drives and Motors
GMT servo drives work with position, speed, and torque control modes; they have EtherCAT and pulse/analog/serial communication options. They are used in applications where the axis must settle to the same point on every cycle, such as cutting, pressing, filling, and packaging machines. The absolute encoder on the motor side allows the axis position to be known even after power is cut, eliminating the need for re-referencing.
