Description

Flexible and compact I/O expansion

FLEXEM F5 Series I/O Modules are developed to easily expand the input and output capacity of PLC systems according to the needs of the application.

F5 I/O modules, which enable different field devices to be reliably connected to the PLC system thanks to digital and analog signal options, create an orderly and efficient automation infrastructure inside the panel with their compact and modular structure.

Thanks to the removable terminal structure and flexible expansion capability, it can be easily adapted to different applications from machine automation to production lines. The F5 platform also allows the system’s communication and monitoring capabilities to be enhanced with different types of expansion cards and IoT expansion options.

Module families

Digital modules are offered in 8 / 16 / 32 channels with NPN transistor and relay output options; a pulse input/output module is also available. Analog modules operate at 16-bit resolution for voltage and current input/output (±10 V, 0–10 V, 0–20 mA, 4–20 mA).

Temperature modules are available separately for platinum resistance (Ni, PT series) and thermocouple (J, K, R, S, B, T, N, E, C) inputs. BD cards attached to the front of the CPU provide economical expansion; the PLC can be monitored remotely with the 4G IoT module, and module groups are connected to each other with the expansion connector.
