Description
Kuhnke FIO communication modules provide an interface for commonly used fieldbus systems. The Kuhnke FIO CAN Master/Slave module offers a CAN interface as an EtherCAT-CAN gateway.
The higher-level protocols are implemented by CODESYS (CANopen Master/Slave, etc.). In CODESYS 3, this module appears as a CAN bus connection to which additional configurations can be added. A CODESYS 3 device description containing all the necessary information is available. In addition, the device driver (CAN Mini Driver) must be used. The signal status of the channel is shown by LEDs.
Features: 1 x CAN (100 … 1000 kbit/s); functions selectable via the CODESYS V3 device driver; status and communication indication via LEDs.
