Description

Digital Kuhnke FIO input/output modules transmit binary control signals to actuators and evaluate the automation device’s input signals galvanically isolated from the process level. The Kuhnke FIO DI8/DO8 module has 8 outputs, each of which can be loaded up to 0.5 A. The module also provides 8 inputs with a 1 ms input delay. The primary and secondary sides of the module are separated by optocouplers. This galvanic isolation allows the output supply to be switched off via a single safety component. The signal status of each channel is shown by LEDs. A variant supporting distributed clocks can be produced on request.
