Description

The analog Kuhnke FIO module AI8/16-U contains up to 8/16 individually programmable inputs. Each channel processes signals in the 0-10 V and +/-10 V ranges. The value range of each channel can be configured via the process image. The voltage inputs can be used differentially or single-ended. All inputs are digitized with 13 bit resolution and transferred to the main controller with electrical isolation. The signal status of each channel is shown by LEDs assigned to the terminals. Channel-based configuration can significantly reduce the module variety within a system.
