The fanless PLC with i.MX6 quad-core processor technology combines compactness with long life and performance. The device has an integrated flash disk and an easily accessible SD card slot on the outside. USB interfaces allow the use of additional removable storage media or external peripherals.
Kuhnke controllers with CODESYS SoftMotion CNC+Robotics offer extensive project planning options for motion tasks. For this, among other things, motion modules certified to PLCopen and the complete IEC 61131-3 programming interface are available. In addition, there are numerous supported kinematics that provide integrated motion planning with coordinate values of robot positions in different coordinate systems, along with convenient configuration. Examples include various gantry robots (2/3/5 axes), bipod and tripod robots, and Scara robots.
